I placed a package in your dropbox located at 6060 Piedmont Row Dr., S, Charlotte NC 28287 (Tryon Medical Building) on 1/14/2021 at 10:20am. The box indicated that the pickup time was 5:00pm and your driver DID NOT pick it up or took it! So now I have a missing package. I need for this to be delivered immediately! Your representative who I was just on the phone with a few minutes ago just hung up on me. I need for this to be resolved immediately or I am calling the police because you have basically stolen my package!
