I love that FedEx drop boxes are able to accept larger packages than. UPS. This is my main reason for using them. However, when FedEx picks up an hour earlier than the posted last pickup time and doesn't even change their sign to pickup "has occurred" it just makes it a service I can no longer trust. I suppose the only way to know your package will actually be overnighted is to drive to the Columbus airport which is extremely inconvenient and time consuming. Just follow your posted schedule if you want happy customers.
