I deposited a package at this FedEx drop box on June 25, 2025. Since that time, there has been no record of the package being processed. (amazon generated label) I have contacted FedEx customer support twice, specifically on June 29 and June 30. During both interactions, I was assured that a manager would call me back to resolve this issue. However, I have not received any reply. FedEx does not appear to care.
