Have tried filing a claim - apparently not allowed now. Cannot open a case either - not allowed - cannot speak with supervisor either - not allowed. Call back several times = first two times hung up on - third time put into survey loop voicemail that I could not get out of. Fed states my package is out for delivery but they do not know where the package is = FEDx reply on truck for delivery , for four days now . Delivery location an hour away from HUB. Very upset I cannot find the package - it contains medicine ARGGGGGGGG
