On the first floor, in the atrium, past the Ambassadors Desk and coffee bar, all the way down on the right if you enter from 52nd St.
Found it! It's inside the hospital on the first floor, easily accessible. If you go in through the automatic doors near the West side of the building then you'll walk all the way through the building to the tall ceiling part. You can likely also enter through the gate under the pedestrian overpass tunnel and it'll be on your left, though I went late so that gate was closed
