I have been waiting 3 days for my priority overnight package. I have heard excuses for 3 days now. I WILL NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN!. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me.
They are very slow and don't up date their information .They are constantly changing the delivery date and time
I am also having trouble with a delivery that was supposed to arrive 5 days ago. It was on the delivery truck and somehow was not delivered 5 different times.
I don't understand what the problem is, the package has been delayed three days now it keeps saying on the truck is the person too lazy to stop and let me grab my package I don't understand and when you call all you get is the 1-800 number in India or someplace and they don't know anything and they can't help.
