Omg I just dropped at this box before reading reviews and it has gone missing
I should have read the reviews before using this drop box. Dropped off my package on a Friday afternoon 2 weeks ago, right before pickup, and it still hasn’t been received by FedEx. Another missing package courtesy of FedEx. Why does this box even exist if packages are getting stolen????
Just as the other comments stated, my package went missing after dropped at this drop box. Do not use this box! FedEx was no help either and I was unable to file a claim since it was never initially scanned. Something’s definitely going on with this box and FedEx doesn’t seem to care or want to do anything about it.
