I couldn’t get anyone to tell me what happened to my package. This FedEx sucks! They need accountability!!’
This is a drop facility. Outside carriers must drop trailer and yard dogs will dock trailer. Must have safety vest on to receive service. Walk into line haul office to check in. They will call once empty. Appointment was set for 5pm, I checked in at 2pm and dropped trailer to be unloaded. It is 3:45pm now. Will update once empty and headed out. Empty by 4:15pm. They only take the product and leave pallets and trash in trailer. You have to dock into one of the "PD bays," to have trash and pallets removed.
The delivery team here is HORRIBLE. I’ve lost money to do failed “delivery attempts” and when I went to location to pick up my package, i was given the run around after waiting for 2 hours. It’s extremely difficult to get someone on the phone and if you do, they just transfer you to someone else without getting further information just to get hung up on. This location needs to be shut down
AN EMPLOYEE WAS DELIVERING MY PACKAGE, AS I PULLED UP, AND I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW OUTRAGEOUSLY DAMAGED THE ITEM WAS. IT WAS LITERALLY HANGING OUT A BIG HOLE/SLASH/OPENING OUT THE SIDE OF THE BOX, AND OTHER LARGE HOLES WERE LOCATED ALL OVER THE BOX/COVER. I IMMEDIATELY INFORMED HIM TO RETURN THE BOX BACK TO THE SENDER (WHILE RECORDING THE WHOLE INTERACTION, INCLUDING THE DAMAGE), AND HE PLACED THE BOX INSIDE HIS FEDEX VAN.
