Horrible customer service. I tried to go in Ave use the printer but someone else walked away and left their stuff for too long before coming back and whining that they were still using it even though they hadn't been there. So I went to the counter to print and overnight a letter. Stood there for several minutes being ignored by the employee. Then she locks the door and tells me they refuse to send my letter even though they are still open and there are still several customers because she "doesn't have time" to do it. Will n... read more

Excellent customer service! Plenty of folks to explain and help! Clean Machines work great! I loved the desk supplies to complete my package. Lots of fun and useful things to buy!!! Handy location!!!
