I would have given star in minus if I had option. Please do not go for two way carriers for passport while canada post is on strike. They don’t know the process and also don’t tell you that they don’t know. They will do it anyways. very disappointing service.
I am deeply disappointed with the recurring issues I've experienced with FedEx's delivery service. Despite being at home and available to receive my packages, the delivery person has repeatedly marked my shipments as "business was closed," which is confusing since I live in an apartment building that isn't subject to business hours.
