FedEx is so useless and unprofessional! I have notification "Customer Not Available or Business Closed Delivery will be re-attempted the next business day" But that's a total lie! The driver didn't show up. I waited for that piece of nothing for half of the day, how it was written in my delivery message.

My daughter recently moved to Minnesota and I wanted to send some gifts to mu grand kids for Christmas. Having never sent anything through the mail before I didn't know how to do it. I boxed up several gifts in two different boxes and visited the local FedEx store. He advised me that he could send the boxes just as I packaged them up, or by using one box I could save about $18.
