I dropped off a package around the 1st of October it was an iPhone. I handed it over to the owner who said that he would box it up for me and send it off. It is now approaching the end of October and the company that I was sending the phone back to does not have it. The owner stole my phone! Quick and easy
Avoid the FedEx office at Walmart on valley central way in Lancaster, CA!! I took an envelope there - I had a bad feeling about leaving it and I should have trusted my instincts. They scanned it in the Palmdale facility that night and it was never seen again. I talked to customer service a number of times about it but they never got back to me, I had to call them over and over. They finally reimbursed me but it caused me all sorts of stress, and for that, I will never willingly use FedEx again.
