The employee that I spoke with needed to find out what she was on instead of giving me the location of the stores two blocks down the street. I circled and I circled, and I circled and never found the place. This was a box and ship. So I thought about what she said over and over and over again and like a week later, I figured out where the place was.Once I got there, they got me taken care of very quickly, and their attitudes and professionalism was great. The lady just needs to be able to give better directions to her spot.

I ordered wine from bright cellars and fed ex said my package will be here 7/2/2020 and the driver pulled up outfront my house paused for 2 seconds and then drove off without knocking on the door to deliver my package didnt turn around when I went outside this is the most unprofessional service I have ever witnessed and a waste of my money

My husband ordered wine and so he had to sign off on the package and he recieved an alert saying that his package will be there on 7.02.2020. Well it did but the fedex delivery guy pulled up came up with thr package and then just left a ticket for us and better yet he did not knock on the door. My husband was in the living room where the front door is and he has been waiting for a knock. By the time he notices the driver did not turn back and drove off. This is the most unprofessional and a waste of time and waste of money.
