I dropped a package there and it works as expected. It got picked up the next day. Leaving a comment to be fair.
Sharing my recent experience with this drop box. Dropped my package at this drop box on Wednesday. It was not picked up till next Monday evening :$. I was calling Fedex support multiple times during the day but no one bothered to find my package. Never received a call back either. My package only departed on Tuesday. I would not recommend dropping a package in this Dropbox as there is no guarantee they will pick up and no responsible person to give you a call back.
