There's a clear sign on the dialing pad that says all deliveries must be placed inside this is an apartment building and the FedEx driver left my package outside I am very lucky a neighbor brought it in. If this is the type of delivery service you provide maybe we should look elsewhere. UPS is kind enough to leave it at the the apartment door and not outside the building
