This is tough to see from the street. It is underneath the archway to the entrance of the building as soon as you drive in from the traffic light. I parked along the curb for 20 seconds, jumped out of car and placed my envelope in the FedEx box. The traffic light takes a while to change though. The Google maps doesn't tell you turn left at this light of coming from the east. You don't need to make a u turn at the next light.
