Beth Rocco helped me set up an account so I could mail my grandson's birthday card. I truly appreciated her help. Lovely person. I was using a credit card on International documents. She fixed it on the phone and it was terrific!
We dropped time sensitive material in this box on Friday 11/27 late morning. The tag said last pickup was 4:30pm and it was green indicating the pickup had not yet occurred for the day. The package wasn’t picked up until 11/30. Needless to say my priority overnight package didn’t arrive on time. On 12/1 it is still in transit creating additional work for me.
