I understand that Illinois has had snow but the fact the ups has been willing to get out and do their jobs by getting packages dropped and FedEx has none nothing but rescheduled packages, mine especially, I’m beyond pissed bc it shouldn’t be allowed to drop the packages u want off at an address not all the ones that are on the truck for that home.
