Dear God could these people be any more pathetic? They have no customer service they ignore the request that you've made in terms of where to deliver packages, and when they screw up again- they deny any involvement for any part they may have played in poor service. My package was actually sent to a person with a completely different name to Sheldon Iowa and not Spencer Iowa.
