Terrible service. Ms. Manager has an arrogant and mostly abrasive attitude. You would do well to go to a different drop-off location for the time being (at least until she gets fired lol). Never had that kind of service at my usual FedEx location off of Pole line. In the service industry, you are only as good as your front-line people. I'm sorry FedEx but this was a huge failure.
