I don't know who you had on your route for FedEx today on Main Street Canastota. But there were miss communications between packages which I myself corrected the mistake and apologized and walked away. Because it was my neighbor's package I was waiting by the mailbox because I saw the US postal service pulling up. I was on the phone laughing with a family member. I sent a package from this location and it was picked up promptly, I paid $24.30 for 2 day delivery. The package wasn't delivered for 17 days, yes 17 DAYS!!! Making the documents in the package worthless, as they were no longer timely. FedEx refused to credit me for the amount spent. Don't bother with FedEx, USPS is FASTER even with its current delays.
