The fedex driver pulled out front of my home today and sat on his phone. He did NOT get out and deliver my package and put attempted delivery while sitting in his truck when he in fact did not attempt to get off his lazy butt. The customer service representative was not helpful at all and would not give me a number to contact management at the south point ohio location that has my package.
