This box is easily accessible within 3 miles of my office. I'm happy about that. However, I am not happy with my last two shipments, while dropped off well before the posted cutoff time, were not picked up that day. The envelope dropped on 01/23/2024 was delivered this morning, 1/26/2024. The envelope dropped on 1/24/2024, at a cost of $47.xx, has not been acknowledged by your system. This is going to cause a delay in the delivery of important documents to my customer into next week .
