I have dropped a PERFECT 3 lbs package that was prepaid. FEDEX scanned it as 30LBS and STOLE $37 from my account!!!! CALLED FEDEX numerous times and everyone is giving me run around and not RESOLVING THE PROBLEM!! HOW CAN A muli-million dollar company be scamming people???
