We have tried to track a package. The automated voice said T Konal signed for the delivery. There isn’t anyone by that name here. We have tried to contact FedEx to get the package. The automated tracking system doesn’t have the ability to resolve the issue. FedEx seems to be complicit with the issue of thefts of the deliveries by the use of this poor automated system.
