ANYTHING to do with FEDEX is a negative experience. How stupid is their driver? He had to call a liaison to call me to ask directions. Everyone else can Google it and it's in plain view. Then the company liaison says that the driver complained that the package being sent to me weighed 110 pounds. I offered to get a helper there at the house......so I thought the matter was okay.
