I give it four stars because the address leads one to believe that this is in the First Mid Building at 1520 Charleston, when in fact, the dropbox sits next to the sidewalk at roughly 1517 Broadway. It is very tough to see from 1520, even when someone is pointing right at it. I am sure the folks at First Mid are tired of people showing up there asking to drop off packages. Other than that, it is easily accessible, though someone in a wheelchair might have difficulty placing the parcel in the dropbox.
