I wish zero stars was an option for the automated phone help. The automated phone voice actually gets testy with you when you repeatedly inform that the options given are not useful. The workers at my location are wonderful! It’s just the phone help I’m complaining about.
This drop box doesn’t exist.
your automated system is pitiful and impossible to get information with, that only a real person can answer. You couldnt make it more useless and complicated if you tried ! You dont even deserve a one star for such poor customer service when all I'm after is to speak to a person !!
