This is the worst thing I've ever had to deal with. There's no instructions on what you need to do. There's nothing you can find out if you screwed up or if the package was even delivered. Then it says that they pick up mail at 3:45 and that didn't happen. I couldn't wait there 3 hours I just wished there was someone to answer a few questions.
