Now i know why they only have 3 stars. Drivers are not held accountable for not delivering packages. Package to Lake Placid Fl said delivered, no photo, no statement where package was put. Why? Because it wasn’t delivered! Until 3 days later! Drivers not delivering all their packages so they can go home. Say they did but don’t actually do it. No one holding them accountable! What a racquet!
Somehow this warehouse lost my package. Looking through the reviews I can see why. I will make sure that any packages heading my way out of state will not be handled by FedEx because this is unacceptable.
