I am so sick of FedEx as a company I wish people would just stop using them all together. Idk what’s going on with the sorting distribution center in Davenport but everybody in the building needs to be fired. Fedex has been holding , loosing redirecting my packages one of my packages has been held by FedEx for 16 days now it does not require a signature they’ve just been holding it so long that it was sent to Miami Florida and I live in winter haven . The Davenport hub Sunday driver consistently delivers our packages to the wrong place. In the middle of the road behind our property with a totally different street name, *outside* the gate of my community, and a totally wrong house another time. Three mis deliveries all on Sundays. I don’t understand because the FedEx drivers during the week seem to find our house just fine. All that’s needed is to follow the Google map directions like everybody else. I was supposed to get my package yesterday and I called today and they said there was something wrong with the trailer and that I’m supposed to get my package today at 3:30 and I called again now there saying that I might be getting my package tomorrow worst mistake in my life never again this place should shut down customer service it’s trash as well as there service
System indicated that the package was on the truck at 4:43 am for delivery. The driver shows up in my parking lot, then drives away. The system now shows delivery for NEXT business day! I NEEDED this for a TRADE SHOW! I wish there were negative stars to give!
