Attempted delivery lies... They never pickup packages they just scan them from the warehouse/home "as attempted delivery. MOF lazy drivers. I would pay double or triple the price just to get any other carrier. Lets just not talk about their customer service..... Disgusting 🤢
They keep claiming they “attempted delivery” but couldn’t because the “business was closed.” That’s fascinating—because this is a house. A residential address. Not a business. Not once has anyone shown up. No door tag. No knock. No truck. No signature is needed. Just the magical notification of a failed delivery that never happened. Apparently, they’ve discovered a new method of delivery: teleporting straight to “delivery failed” without ever leaving the warehouse.
I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET MY PACKAGE ON JUNE 5TH AND DIDN'T RECEIVE IT YET AND TODAY IS JUNE 11TH SO WHAT'S THE HOLD UP YALL SAY IT'S ON THE TRUCK BUT REALLY AND THE DRIVER IRISABEL IS SUPPOSE TO DELIVER IT YEAH RIGHT WHEN CAUSE MY GRANDDAUGHTER KEEPS CRYING ABOUT HER GIFT YALL AINT DOING YALLS JOB AT ALL
I had a package that was supposed to be delivered between 1:55-3:55p on Saturday. It required a signature, and I was home all day awaiting this package. I checked the tracking number @ 3:35p.and it said customer not available @ 3:20p...it was raining. Went outside tag on door. This driver did not ring the door bell, and if he knocked, my dogs would have heard it...guaranteed!! I guess he just wanted to get back to turn in his truck when he felt he had done enough for the day. FedEx service has gone down markedly in the past ... read more
