Our FedEx driver continues to deliver packages by setting them up against our closed garage door, and falsely marking his delivery as "near front door or porch". This is dishonest, and causes additional work for customers. We were waiting on our delivery and got a "package delivered" notice, and couldn't find it, had to get a flashlight and go hunt for it outside. Don’t drop off your packages here. I had to park about 1/10 mile at the end of the parking lot just to find a space as the 15 minute parking for customers was apparently used by employees as there were no customers in the lobby/entrance. Literally there were tons of people there but all of them were in uniform and apparently going to work. A security lady in the room next to it was very nice and helped me and told me to go back and call the number on the phone. No one answered after calling twice. HORRIBLE DELIVERY!! There's been 6 attempts to deliver my rug which is 108lbs, they claim to deliver and no answer but it's no signature required, also no door slip or anything on my Ring camera. I've been home, waiting for this package for 6 days!!! Customer service is garbage, can't speak English, repeats things 3x and can't help besides set up notifications and apparently there's no manager for escalation. DO BETTER and hire better delivery drivers who are not lazy!
On my sixth day of promised delivery. Each day has a different excuse. Customer service was zero help.
The FedEx driver did not deliver the large package to my home. They delivered to the mailroom instead of delivering to my actual home front porch. I cannot fit package in my car and I cannot lift it. I've been on call to FedEx 6 times. They first gave me Case number C-213373139 which someone closed before they redelivered the package to me.
