My package has been sitting at the distribution center for six days. When they do deliver, it generally isn't to my house or delivery box but on the road. I wish I could give less than one star.

Have a package that was supposed to be delivered by the 6th and still not out for delivery. Keep giving me the run around! Never use FedEx again

I was promised a call this morning between 8-11am because I asked them to keep my package at the distribution center. They never called. By the time I was able to check on the package, they were closed and now I have to wait until Monday for my package. I had things scheduled around getting my package today so the lack of communication and failure to keep their word was a huge inconvenience. Getting to the right pick up room was confusing and I didn’t like that you can’t speak to a person, but the person on the phone was very helpful.
