I have three packages scheduled to be delivered. Each day FedEx has sent a message that the business is closed. The business is not closed. There is someone here from 8-6 Monday thru Saturday. So the driver is either at the wrong address or they are just lazy. This has happened with packages in the past as well. FedEx needs to fix this. Go back to reliable drivers or change who they contract through. This service is unacceptable.
If I could give them no stars I would. I have been trying for 3 days to get a package that requires a signature delivered. First day they attempted to deliver to the wrong location so I called customer service to verify the address was correct and give them instructions to my house. The next day waited all day with no update on the tracking, including sitting by my mailbox and the end of my drive way. Very disappointed with the quality of customer service. Their driver didn’t even get to the right neighborhood, didn’t listen to instructions, and trying to talk to customer service is freaking horrible due to the fact it’s automated and IF you’re lucky to reach a real person it’s outsourced over seas.. if I could rate worse than a 1 star I would!!!
June 1st 2025 Express and Ground services have consolidated and all deliver are done with contractors. Not actual FedEx employees. These drivers apparently failed the GED class because they can not read five number on an address. They routinely try to deliver my packages to a neighbor. I even had one box left a half a mile away. The most recent FUBAR generated a duplicate tracking number. The 800 number rep said there was no package associated with my tracking number.
