June 1st 2025 Express and Ground services have consolidated and all deliver are done with contractors. Not actual FedEx employees. These drivers apparently failed the GED class because they can not read five number on an address. They routinely try to deliver my packages to a neighbor. I even had one box left a half a mile away. Delivery days keep getting moved out to the next day has cost my business thousands of dollars because one driver can make it to my business but another one cant? Ups and amazon get to my business easily. If you live in the eucha area Goodluck relying on drivers to sometimes deliver packages. My package has been sitting at the distribution center for six days. When they do deliver, it generally isn't to my house or delivery box but on the road. I wish I could give less than one star.
