Completely useless middle man shipping company. They use FedEx and shift blame back and forth to avoid accountability. I paid for a delivery and insurance on that delivery. It was my TV. It arrived broken and when I reached out to file the claim it was denied by some untouchable, unreachable entity even though I had paid to insure it for this very reason. This has been an awful process and I truly encourage you to not use this service under any circumstances. Just ship directly from a provider (not ever FedEx).
