FedEx drivers are the worst. No respect for property. They drive on my grass area. Stop driving on my grass area!!!! Use the driveway the same way you can in! I wish I could choose not to get packages delivered by FedEx.
Have received 2 deliveries this week. One was left in a mailbox(illegal), the other left 50 ft away at end of suburban driveway. Both notifications indicated they were left on my porch. They were difficult to find.
If I could rate it lower I would, packages consistently damaged and not delivered to the door left at the end of the Street or other end of the house apparently the drivers cannot lift anything over 10 lb or they just lazy
I would not recommend using federal express for international shipping. my package arrived in another country. Once pakage arrived Fed Ex Thailand they stole my package. Its that simple😁 Fedex kept blaming customs. saying they have my cell phone and being held up there so i go to customs and phuket thailand and we both call fedex and catch Fed Ex in a lie after 2 months of trying to get one form so they can send my package i finally had to leave thailand never did received any reimbursement with insurance never received the... read more
