Never trust FedEx in Prince Rupert and Thornhill for valuable items to be delivered!! My iPhone from Apple happened to got lost in transit in Thornhill in March for a 3-day shipment. Waited for 1 month and it was still lost. And now my $200 clothes return to Aritzia has been in Thornhill since June 16th…(9 days) now when it was supposed to be delivered by June 19th. Refused delivery of a package that was damaged. Driver still marked as delivered.
Had my phone delivered a week before it released, left a note asking for them to call me and they did, and setup a delivery while I was at work. Have had 3 deliveries so far, each one has been perfect
I was literally 10 feet from the door when they knocked... and when I answered it my package was left at the doorstep, I didn’t tell them I was coming because I thought they’d still be there. Purolater at leasts knocks twice before leaving when no one is home.
