FedEx should change it's name to Fed up as they will consistently disappoint and engage you to the core. Avoid as much as you can and use UPS instead. I was home the entire day and they did not attempt to call me or thr number listed outside my apartment building, this is after they rescheduled the delivery date twice already. You're better off eating your own hand instead of waiting for a package from them.
The review for Fedex's bad service the post man didn't call me can didn't even ring the bell. After I follow the instructions downlaod the app and pick up in the right location and the right time, the package is not there. The employee was surprised too, and there was no way to talk to real person. Using FedEx is wasting of time and money. Also the employee here is definitely not enough.
A delivery company failed to deliver, always putting a sticker label on the door to ask u pick up yourself, the courier is not doing their job , what a joke
