they bothered to attend my building but instead of ringing and attempt to deliver my package, they just put a sticker on my mailbox saying they missed me (I was at home) asking me to pick up my package. (I know he did not ring because it would have shown on my cell phone) ridiculous
This review is for FedEx. I was the first customer in line, and after a short while, about four or five more people joined the queue. During this time, there were four staff members behind the counter, each occupied with their own tasks, completely ignoring the waiting customers. After some time had passed and one of the customers began to complain about the lack of service, one of the employees reluctantly came forward to start assisting those in line.
Fed ex is in the staples . Bad direction
FedEx has solved the problems of being a shipping company by not actually delivering anything and just dumping packages at a pick-up location in a different city. If you use FedEx all your recipient will get is a robo-call and an hour long trip to a FedEx location nowhere near the destination but strangely nearby their main warehouse. If you own a business avoid FedEx at all costs unless you like angry customers.
