☆☆☆☆ (1/5) FedEx Canada has one of the most outdated and frustrating delivery policies I have ever experienced. I've lived in Canada since 2012, and I honestly can't believe this company is still operating with procedures that don't make sense in 2026. The driver comes all the way to the delivery location, yet refuses to call the customer or use the building buzzer, even when clear delivery instructions are provided. The center itself is simply a pick up place . Service girl was fine ,what is poor is how fed ex operated. For some unknown logic the delivery shows up at my address and does not even make an attempt to call me they simply fill out form saying customer not available /business closed and don't leave package but say it's at fed ex centre for pickup next day . They can’t spare any tape to seal a box. Go buy your own she says Long wait times to return Amazon packages and just terrible customer service. I would give it a zero if I could. Save your time and go elsewhere.
