not sure if this is the office, but one fed ex place in nanaimo was suppose to deliver a package which was ordered from a duncan store inwhich a nanaimo store was selling it. fed ex picked up package and 3 days after purchasing package fed ex calls and asks for a different address, as if they wanted to extort me for expedited shipping or for me to pick it up, if id known this I would have drove from duncan to nanaimo and bought the product and would have the product same day, horrible service, will avoid using FedEx if possi... read more
On August 26, 2025, a FedEx Express envelope was delivered to the wrong address. I had to personally deliver it to the correct recipient. Customers should not have to be doing the drivers jobs for them. Please improve delivery accuracy.
Packages keep coming in worse and worse conditions, this one had a hole punched in it and was taped back up,
Had a word with the delivery driver about how my packages where delivered, they said it wasn't there fault and to contact FedEx (which I have done every time and every time they tell me to kick rocks) and then the next delivery I get both packages have significantly worse damage then normal. I'm honestly so sick of this bs.
