A $4K Gibson guitar, a brand new gaming PC and now a Xbox Galaxy X…..all DROPPED…..this shipper has got more butter on their fingers than the boys at KFC…… what I mean is they are greasy and they keep breaking my stuff during delivery!! I wish I could post the horrendous words and thoughts and feelings I have towards this unprofessional company.
They left my package worth 1k on the counter next to the door for anyone to grab, they didn't even put it behind the counter, the employee was on their phone ignoring the customers
Fed ex did not attempt to knock on my door they just stuck a sticker to my window. I would know cause i sat 5 feet away all morning waiting for it and i did not move once. The dog didn't even bark so there was definitely no knock. Now i have to wait 2 days for my tires. Super unprofessional!
Absolutely destroyed my wooden panel that was 24" Diameter by 2" thick yellow cedar. Panel was carefully packaged, and it would've taken a lot of force and abuse to destroy such solid wood. What the heck are you guys doing to our packages?
