Very bad attention. Make wait long time to attend you
Reviewing the FEDEX employee: Rupinder! He was super helpful, patient, and kind! It was my first time sending a package internationally (returning) and he worked with me on pickup date and time, and helped label it as I was not given specific instructions on what to do with my label printouts from the seller. Gold star employee.
Tried to send a letter today (within Canada) the employee said it would be $52 dollars and my letter would arrive to it’s destination 2 days, i told him i don’t need express just basic, he said lowest is $50 and best he could do is 10% off.. I told him that Canada Post charges way cheaper for basic letters and he said they aren’t the same. I ended up going to a UPS near there and they charged $3.60. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking to send off a basic letter.
I was in and out in less than one minute and parcel sent! Staff was friendly and very helpful.
