Because their drivers are too incompetent, stupid or lazy to buzz, I not only wasted time on the phone with then twice, I now have to drive 11km and waste more time (and money on gas) to pick up my package here. Unreal! They claim you are not at home (although I was at home all day the day of the alleged delivery attempt) and don’t even leave a note. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
