Didn't know they were inside Staples. Finally found it, line went fast, service was great.
DO NOT get your packages shipped at staples. I had a fedex package ship straight to staples so they don't have to leave a slip on my door for me to pick it up (even though i'm home and they never bother to call me). On my tracking it says it's been "out for delivery" in kelowna for 5 days now so I call customer service and they said it's already there they just haven't updated the tracking. So I go there and I get helped by this ginger/blonde-ish lady, couldn't find my package says it's at the Fedex by the airport so I drive... read more
Terrible customer service.
Do not advise to go there, its not FedEx, its STAPLES, 1 lady has to help 20 people and nobody care about the service. I've asked manager about it and he literally said "I dont care". If you want to waste 2 h for shipping package go for it.
