Their system is absolutely terrible. Super unfortunate I couldn't pick who I wanted my package to be delivered by. But made there's a need for it now because, UPS, fedex and even amazon can't be trusted
Not even try to delivery, just put a notice and leave.
Service is fast and staff are nice. Barely anyone during weekdays. That being said, whoever visited my place with my package was definitely very lazy. Never rang the doorbell, no phone calls and just stuck a note at the front. It is as if ringing a doorbell will unalive the poor dude or something.
The FedEX never push my door bell. They just leave the notification paper. I’m so disappointed them!
