I received a QR Code to return my package. It says clearly on the email that Fedex will handle it and that I only have to show them the code so they can scan it. The employee won't listen to me, keeps cutting me off to tell me that I need to print it when the email clearly says otherwise. He offered to talk to the manager. Manager never came. Don't waste your time.

I went there to ship a package with Fedex, The associate said : we only take small packages and you can go to another Fedex. That should have been published or mentioned somewhere. It was obvious that the staff there are unbothered and very unhelpful

Les employés se contentent de mettre un papier sur la porte pour prouver qu’ils sont passés. Ils ne toquent ni ne sonnent à la porte du client.
