I don’t think I’ve ever witnessed worse management or customer service. This is by far the worst fedex spot I’ve been too. It’s only serviced by the manager of the grocery store, had to wait 30 minutes for him to come from back office. FedEx, you should remove yourself from this Super C establishment, it’s definitely giving you a bad reputation
They lost my package..
I was returning an online purchase item. It was a quick transaction, with no warm and fuzzy interaction, but pleasant and cirdial. This location is at the desk, inside Super C. It isn't ground level. There are about 10 steps at either of the two entrances.
This location should get their FedEx license revoked, absolutely garbage service. Also file a complaint.
