Worst service..I dropped package(passport)on Oct 22nd till now no response.Multiple followups I am doing no proper response.I opted for 2 days delivery
Horrible service when ask if any invoice receipts and tracking number, the Asian gentleman said no FedEx don't provided which is a lie (I went to staples and drop off and got a invoice receipt with tracking number. He is just plain rude and said if you want just drop in Box, I mean my content is worth $2000 and I need a invoice receipt.
It’s beyond ridiculous that there’s no local phone number to contact a Fedex store. All calls are made to a single “USA” call Centre where the agents are unaware of Canadian provinces, postal codes, or time zones. For a pickup, the agent didn’t ask for my phone number in case there was an issue at pickup time. I had to kindly ask her to add it to the information for the driver.
