I had a bad experience with this shop's FedEx service for shipping from London, Ontario to Montreal. I asked for a checked-bag shipment of about 24-25 kg and was quoted $110, which I paid upfront. When my parcel arrived, the owner demanded more money and ended up charging me $170 total. Very misleading pricing and poor customer service. I do not recommend using this place.
