The FedEx shipping centre was located in a small convenience store which we had an awful time locating. I think Google map needs to update and revise where the store is located as we followed the direction and the store and FedEx centre was nowhere to be found. Only after we made the call to the store, did we find the original location on the map to be incorrect. The location is readily available for drop offs for fedex. Which was what i needed to use the service for. However, the plaza itself is undergoing renos and i found that it was difficult to find parking. Its a busy location with quite a bit of medical services. Overall, its a nice place to be for your convenience needs. Lottos, tobacco, didnt see beers when i was there so i cant comment on it. Its also tight in some spots if you cant find parking at the front as theres a one way that leads straight back out to the entrance.
The most incompetent carrier I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. FedEx probably doesn’t pay their workers at all considering I’ve never had a smooth delivery. Despite paying 20+ in shipping, it always ends up at their facility where I’m forced to spend over an hour waiting with everyone else that they couldn’t be asked to do their job for. Lady doesn’t know her job. Customer service sucks. No respect for customers at all. Don’t recommend to go there for any Fedex services.
You need to bring your own tape there. The lady will print u the label and tell You to buy tape to stick the label.
