The shorter guy is always very irritable and very rude. I really hate coming here, but for some reason, FedEx keeps directing my packages to this place. Guys, life is tough not just for you, and you’re not the only ones who have problems, but please don’t take it out on others and don’t make people feel like they owe you something. I come in, and you’re rude to me every time. And this happens day after day.
I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I was returning a valuable item and requested a receipt to confirm that I had dropped it off. The employee responded rudely, refusing to provide a receipt and told me to drop it off somewhere else!
I recently visited this FedEx location and had a disappointing experience. The staff member, Harold, was juggling multiple tasks and couldn’t provide adequate attention to my needs. It felt rushed and impersonal. I hope they can improve their customer service.
