Friendly staff & loads of shipping options
Horrible staff, refused to give me my package with five pieces of ID, half tried to take a telephone number then got someone else on the phone to agree with her/needs the tracking number which is not made clear on the fed ex website. had to travel for hours, missed five days of work. horrible/clueless staff.
Terrible service & not helpful despite being a repeat shipping customer for the last 3 years. Service has declined. Moving my business to another store.
