I understand that delivery issues can happen, but I have one simple question: Why does FedEx waste so much money and time on failed delivery attempts? A driver can come to the same address two or three times, see a closed door, leave, and then repeat the process again. Yet neither the driver nor customer service makes a simple phone call to the customer. On top of that, there is often no place to provide an access code when placing an order.
