Good service
Do not go this place. They never asked me if i wanted express shipping and just charged me for it. I even asked him if hes charging me for express and he denied it. Terrible customer service!!!!
Friendly nature to deal with customer
I went to this FedEx location and was refused service by the employee because I arrived 3 minutes before closing. I explained that it was for an international shipment, and even suggested sending a local one instead since it was urgent, but she still said no. Strangely enough, right after me another customer walked in with two huge boxes and she helped them without hesitation. This felt very unfair and unprofessional.
