Not busy when I went. All information is entered in the computer by the FedEx service agent. The whole process probably took 5 minutes.
I attempted to send a time-sensitive, non-toxic (non-COVID) sample for a genetic test, only to be told that it couldn't be accepted. No reason given. This policy (if it is indeed correct) needs to be stated clearly either at the counter or on the website.
Friendly, courteous staff member, but one star to the entire service after waiting in line for twenty minutes only to be told my parcel was “too big” and I’d have to go to FedEx directly. How about some adequate signage explaining limitations?
The got rid of the FedEx mailbox and now i have to wait in line just to have my pre-paid already labelled package scanned. Fail.
