I had a very disappointing experience with FedEx. A package was marked as delivered and signed for by someone who was not me, and I never received the package. I did not authorize anyone else to accept or sign for this delivery. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to get adequate assistance from FedEx customer service to resolve the issue. Despite the merchant’s clear instructions that the FedEx location would print the shipping label, the staff refused to do so. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and was inconsistent with the company’s stated process and policy. I hope this location can improve alignment with corporate guidelines to ensure a smoother experience for customers.
Worst experience after waiting for so long in the line he asked to print the label its just 20 cents. I showed him the email in which it was clearly written Fedx will print out for you but he said sorry go at front pay and take the print out
