Poor customer service, and use of fraudulent Weather delays to be lazy. The weather is above seasonal, they're jast liars.
Staff were super helpful and kind, especially Hemal (sp?), even with the busy amount of people who were waiting there because of the postal strike. Thank you!
The service provided was subpar, with an extended wait time for the scheduled pickup. The purpose of a courier service is to deliver items to the recipient's address, and the inability to do so negates the value of the service. Additionally, the staff displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy in their interactions.
